FEE SCHEDULE

• $160 for an initial 60-90 minute assessment session.
• $120 for the second assessment and referral session.
• No charge for a second referral if the first one does not work out.
• $120 for ongoing counseling sessions lasting 45-52 minutes.
• $150 for ongoing counseling sessions lasting 53 minutes or longer.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

We currently accept the following insurance for service:

• Aetna
• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

Copayments, coinsurance and deductibles are expected at the time of service.

If we do not accept your insurance directly we can provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement for services.  It is important to check with your insurance company to be sure that they are willing to reimburse you for “out of network” providers.

For those seeking a referral: The therapists we work with accept insurance from a range of companies. If you have an insurance carrier that Compatible Counseling Solutions does not work with you will be responsible for standard fees for your assessment sessions and to match you with a therapist that accepts your insurance. There are some insurance carriers and programs that are not served by any Compatible Counseling Solutions Network therapists. Check with us at the time of intake to see if we will be able to help you find a therapist that accepts your insurance.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of service. Compatible Counseling Solutions accepts cash, checks, HSA and FSA cards, and credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.
